DMCA Policy

If your copyrighted or trademarked works are being distributed through the zFILS service without your permission, please email our abuse team using our Abuse Contact Form or via email at dmca.agent@zFILS.com, and describe the work that has been infringed, where it is located on the website, and provide your contact information and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorized by the owner, of the copyrighted or trademarked work. Valid requests will be serviced after notice with sufficient information.

Copyright is a form of protection so creators and subsequent owners of original works can control how the works are used. Copyright infringement occurs when a copyrighted work is reproduced, distributed, performed, publicly displayed, or made into a derivative work without the permission of the copyright owner. Violating the copyright owner's rights can lead to suspension of that Content in your account on zFILS, a strike and account suspension. These acts can be criminal. Additionally, copyright owners can take civil action against you and possibly be awarded monetary damages.
